3/14/07: Woobie, the blanket dog. Oh wait....I got that messed up! Woobie got his name FROM a blanket! Remember the movie "Mr. Mom" with Michael Keaton, from a few years ago? Woobie's original family loved the name that the kids in the movie called their security blanket. They liked it so much they decided years ago that their next dog would be called "Woobie". So, if you're wondering how he got his unusual name, well, now ya know!

Woobie, the Woobman, the Woobster, Mr. Woobmeister to you, whatever you call him, he'll come running to give you all the loving his wiggly body can muster, while holding a stuffed toy in his mouth and woo-wooing at the same time! Woobie is the complete package, young, extremely good looking, talkative, playful, and has some training to boot! He knows sit, down, roll over, shake, AND give me 10!! He lived with 2 boys, 6 and 10 years old. He loves my dog savvy cats....tries to lick them all over! He was a little confused when he first met my 2 Goldens, but now he acts like they have been best buds their whole lives. He is house trained and crate trained. He is still learning the pleasure of riding in a car. He just needs to learn that he can't drive until he gets his own license!! He is a big boy at 7 months old, so I'm guessing that he will be on the larger side when he is full grown. Woobie has an adorable cowlick kinda going sideways on the bridge of his nose. He is still a puppy and does have a few basics that he needs to go to school for, like jumping on people, class 101 and pulling on a leash, class 102....but he is super smart and will catch on quickly, star of the class, if you know what I mean :) Right now he is like a frat boy in a ballet class, kinda clumsy but utterly adorable!!
